Do you offer returns on your products?
  • No, we do not offer returns on our products.
Does the download come to my email after purchase? 
  • Yes, the digital download is delivered directly to the email entered at purchase. 
My download expired, can you resend the product?  
  • Each purchase can only be reset ONCE by customer service.
Where is my product, I don't see my download in my email?
  • Products are delivered directly after purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder as emails where senders are not recognized may divert there.
Am I able to pay with cash?
  • No, we do not offer cash as a payment method for orders or returns

How can I puchase from your site if I don't have PayPal?

  • We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. You may select your preferred payment method at checkout. Be sure to verify card and account details prior to submitting your purchase to avoid any interruptions with your order.

Is there a way I can add/edit/ items after checkout?

  • Unfortunately, no. We have no way to alter orders after transactions are complete.

     I forgot to add or apply by discount/coupon/promo code, can it be applied after checkout?

    • No, we cannot apply discounts after transactions are complete.
